Summary: The Administrative Operations Manager for Tiičma Management Services is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions. The Administrative Operations Manager will ensure seamless operations by supervising staff, managing budgets, and implementing policies and procedures.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Working out of the Campbell River office
Number of Positions: 1
Rate of Pay: Determined based on experience
Full/Part time: Full time
Benefits and Pension: Entitled to benefits and pension after 90-day probationary period is successfully completed.
Responsibilities:
·Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
·Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
·Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs and budgetary constraints.
·Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and office layout.
·Monitor and manage vendor contracts and relationships to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
·Develop and implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
·Develop and maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
·Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
·Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication and operations across the organization.
·Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions to enhance administrative operations.
Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
·Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or operations management roles.
·Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
·Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
·Proficient in using various computer software, including MS Office suite and database systems.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff at all levels.
·Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
·Overall, the administrative operations manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, promoting efficiency, and supporting the overall success of the organization.
