Operations Manager Jobs

Safeco Truck Lines has been serving clients since 2004. We are growing and are looking for the right person to help organize and expand our operations.

We ideally would prefer someone with previous industry experience managing the operations of a trucking company, although we will consider someone that is willing and eager to learn and excel in this field.

You would be responsible for the Operations of the company and some tasks you would do would include:

• New business development
• Client relationship management for current clientele
• Helping provide solutions to problems that arise in the operations
• Overseeing staff to ensure seamless processes are being followed and looking to improve on processes as company continues to grow and expand
• Helping dispatch to problem solve when issues arise
• Assisting dispatch with planning
• Client communications
• Managing team
