• Strong financial management and report-generation skills.
• Have consistent access to your own vehicle with a full G license
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking mindset.
• Flexibility in schedule to meet the needs of an industry that operates 24/7.
• Residing within 1 hour of the Kitchener-Waterloo region.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with virtual assistants and clients.
• Comfortable with a bring-your-own-device (BYOD) policy.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the short-term rental industry.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.

What will your SPECIFIC duties be as an Operations Manager?

• Handle company finances, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain the high standards of the company across all managed units.
• Coordinate with virtual assistants and manage the overall operations.
• Generate detailed reports as required for evaluation and planning.
• Oversee inventory management and setup of rental properties.
• Be prepared to handle emergencies promptly and professionally.
