GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager is responsible for all day to day operations of the Eurorite division and shall coordinate the activities of all departments that are concerned with the production, pricing, sales, human resources, accounting to keep work organized and efficient.
Responsibilities
·Participate in the growth and strategic alignments of the Eurorite division;
·Develop and negociate new contracts and commercial agreements with clients;
·Guide Eurorite employees with regards to day to day issues, accomplishment of projects;
·Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures, conferring with the executive members, management team and staff as necessary;
·In collaboration with the head of departments, determine staffing requirements for the different departments of the division;
·Implement the organization's values throughout the divisions;
·Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion;
·Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively;
·Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans;
·Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values;
·Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.
Skills & Qualifications
·Bachelor's degree in a related field (accounting, finance, business administration or economics);
·Experience in the Project, builder and wholesale;
·Experience Material Construction sector;
·5 to 10 years of experience in similar role;
·Proven record for performance with set goals;
·Excellent verbal, written & listening skills;
·Excellent leadership skills, aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
·Outstanding organizational abilities;
·Ability to identify measures of performance and actions needed to improve or correct performance;
·Ability to delegate, set expectations and monitor progress of all direct reports;
·Possess prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively and set action plans to achieve business targets.
