Job Description
About The Opportunity


For our client located centrally in Ottawa, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant on a contract basis. This opportunity would be between 3 to 6 months to start with the possibility to be extended. The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The role will require being in office 2-3 days out of a 5 day work week.


Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Record and manage expenses
  • Schedule and manage appointments and travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to various executives and across several divisions
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Physical and online filing
About You


The successful candidate will have the following:


  • 2+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
  • Successful completion of secondary education
  • Strong communication skills in both English and French an asset
About the Job


The payrate for this position will be $23.00 to $30.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
