Overview


Intuit Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Consumer Group (CG).


In this role, you will be responsible for leading the TurboTax marketing strategies and initiatives targeting our Assisted Customer Segments, specifically those who seek expert assistance in filing their taxes using our Full-Service product. Your innovative mindset, customer strategy experience, and ability to create bold plans will be essential in driving the growth and success of this segment.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, a related field (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • A positive, can-do attitude that results in problem solving and a bias towards action.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced,dynamic environment.
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer strategy, preferably in a similar role focused on customer segments or assisted services.


How you will lead


  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales,and marketing channels, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Workclosely with the product team to provide input on product enhancements and ensure alignmentbetween customer needs and product features.
  • Grit and Determination: Exhibit a resilient and determined approach in overcoming challengesand achieving marketing objectives. Continuously monitor and optimize segment performance,leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and maximize ROI.
  • Innovative Thinking: Demonstrate an innovation mindset by staying ahead of industry trendsand identifying opportunities to differentiate our offerings. Leverage customer insights, marketresearch, and competitive analysis to develop creative marketing approaches that resonatewith the target audience.
  • Develop and Execute Customer Strategies: Utilize your 5-7 years of customer strategyexperience to analyze and understand the needs and preferences of our Assisted CustomerSegments. Develop comprehensive customer strategies that effectively position and promoteour Full Service offering to target these segments.
  • Bold Planning: Create transformational marketing plan that not only lay the groundwork forfuture growth but lift heads with a market that is on autopilot. Oversee the flawless execution ofthese strategies with the support of expert functional groups. Collaborate with other strategistsand channel leaders on innovation-centric data-led marketing campaigns across variouschannels, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
