Job Description

Our customer is a leading provider of cutting-edge enterprise Information Management solutions, catering to a diverse range of clients in both the Public and Private sectors. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Software Sales Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective sales pipeline management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, positioning our products effectively against competitors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote our brand and expand business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our technical and marketing teams to develop customized solutions and presentations tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Leverage your experience and expertise in Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECS) or Digital Experience Platforms (DX) to effectively address customer needs and pain points.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders in both the Public and Private sectors, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to sales, coupled with a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Sales experience with Salesforce or extensive tenure with the company may be considered less favorable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our solutions to clients effectively.
  • Candidates with experience in companies that have grown through acquisitions will be highly valued.
  • A background in handling a diverse set of accounts and customers, with a focus on both the Public and Private sectors.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with complex sales organizations and a history of successfully navigating intricate sales cycles.
  • Strong experience in Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECS) or Digital Experience Platforms (DX), with a preference for candidates with ECS expertise.
