Sales Service Coordinator Jobs

Lustre Products Ltd. is a local Chilliwack, BC manufacturer and supplier of high-end elevator and escalator parts worldwide. We are currently looking to fill the role ofCoordinator, Sales & Service.

Reporting to the Manager, Sales & Marketing , the Coordinator of Sales & Service is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Sales & Service Department, ensuring team and individual performance goals and metrics are met. The Coordinator will display a high level of competency of the CRM/ERP system.

Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to within four (4) hours of receipt, i.e.:
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor the work of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team.

• Follow and help update the current training program for CSRs.
• Manage the RMA process.
• Ensure compliance of all policy and procedures.
• Review all CSR quotes and orders prior to approval.
• Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
• Assist manager with performance reviews for the Sales Team.
• Provide administrative support to the Manager, Sales & Marketing.
• Participate in developing and implementing efficiencies in sales, customer service, order processing and data entry.
• Review KPI results with Sales Team and establish monthly goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Production, Logistics and QA to meet or exceed customers expectations.
• Collaborate with Senior CSR to collect daily KPI data and report monthly KPIs.

Sales & Service Support:

• Manage service tickets in CRM/ERP and ensure satisfactory follow-up on all sales and service-related issues.
• Help build and coordinate results of sales campaign through the CRM and ERP systems for existing customers and prospects.
• Maintain CRM, including data input, updating contact info, digital filing, etc.
• Analyze customer data and provide recommendation to the Sales & Marketing Manager to continue organizational growth and reduce churn.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience with B2B customer interactions is an asset.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Conflict resolution skills.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer service skills, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Supervisory: 2 years (preferred)
