Work Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30 am- 4:00 pm

Primary Job Functions

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers needs
• Track and assess work orders and manpower in real-time
• Create estimates
• Manage status of back counter work orders and work order location
• Monitor repair costs and labour to align with estimates
• Allocate work to Mechanics based on their expertise and certification

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Great customer service both in person and over the phone
• Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
• Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
• Confidence using computer software in the planning and execution of work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing
• Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
