Role Overview


We are actively recruiting for a Sales Coordinator supporting our BC Sales Strategy and Operations team. This position will be office based and support the BC Sales Team.


The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, professional and customer focused who will focus on ensuring flawless execution of customer priorities.


What You Will Be Accountable For


  • Create and maintain a library of executional processes/checklists and work closely with cross functional teams (Demand planning, supply planning and development) to enable sustainable brilliant execution of commercial calendar priorities.
  • Work in conjunction with Customer Solutions Team to ensure market tools (sell sheets and POS) are relevant to program, relevant to customers and arrive on time to ensure flawless execution
  • Maintain monthly promotion communications with internal stakeholders and update promo calendar
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives such as new channel development/e-commerce
  • Create and maintain a library of executional processes/checklists and work closely with cross functional teams (Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Deployment) to enable sustainable brilliant execution with customers
  • Ensure all avenues of launches and products are complete, timely and accurate
  • Support BC Sales Managers and KAMS with customer reporting, budget reconciliation and ad-hoc business development

If You Have The Following…We Want To Hear From You!


  • Industry, Molson Coors Knowledge, Brewery & Product Knowledge
  • Post-Secondary degree, preference for Marketing or Business-related degree
  • Strong organization, analytics and project management skills as well as demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role – sales coordination or project management preferred

  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Up to 2 years in a support role – Beverage-Alcohol or CPG industry experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment – able to prioritise multiple projects
  • Knowledge of Merchandising /Marketing Fundamentals
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and taking on a project leadership role
