We are seeking an outgoing Fertilizer Sales and Marketing Coordinator who will help us grow our company into a global brand. The main function of this position will be to execute innovate sales strategies in order to generate consumer interest and increase company profits. We are looking for someone with an open-mind that will go above and beyond to represent our brand to the fullest. Knowledge in cultivating cannabis using liquid fertilizers is a must. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promoting our nutrient brand and products to retailers and growers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Preparing marketing packages to disperse to customers.
- Process sales orders and manage CRM through Quickbooks Desktop software.
- Analyzing our market to establish innovative strategies to gain sales and penetrate new markets.
- Assist the marketing team in creating digital content and print media.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications.
- Offering technical support to customers regarding cannabis cultivation by phone, by e-mail or by social media.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in cannabis cultivation using liquid fertilizers is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, warm personality.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines.
- Adequate skills in mathematics.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve and time manage.
- Must have valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
OPTIONAL ASSETS:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or Public Relations an asset.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign an asset.
- Experience in using Quickbooks Desktop an asset.
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word an asset.
- Access to a vehicle an asset.
- Fluency in Vietnamese an asset
