Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and bring a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives to the company

Responsibilities

  • Creating blog posts and content that showcases LCH Development’s values, projects and culture.
  • Seek out community building initiatives that would have a real impact on the neighborhoods in which we operate.
  • Continuing and creating a constant narrative and branding for all websites and social media platforms – create updates and posts on all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Leverage all marketing tools to increase awareness of the LCH brand among potential purchasers, local stakeholders, and the broader development industry.
  • Continual interaction and engagement with customers and stakeholders through direct messaging and comments.
  • Liaise with external marketing firms when necessary to develop larger scale campaigns.
  • Liaise with public relations firms on community consultation and engagement initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities for collaborative promotion with local stakeholders.
  • Attend marketing and design meetings; take detailed notes and collaborate on marketing packages using unit floor plans, elevations, sections, renderings, etc.
  • Coordinate with colleagues on creating advertising ideas, concepts, and how these can be presented to potential purchasers or investors.
  • Create and organize presentations, brochures, and packages to be printed or presented to investors, management teams, contractors, etc.


Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro or similar;
  • Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or relevant experience;
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team;
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail
  • A portfolio of graphic design, and/or video creation experiences;
