Job Summary
On the Apartmentblocks team, our sales coordinator is someone that will be communicating with the team, clients and developers to insure information is streamlined and operations run smoothly. This role will be responsible for sharing new opportunities with clients, ensuring all new listings are properly documented, brainstorming new marketing initiatives, maintaining files, and organizing events.
Our sales coordinator should be someone that LOVES real estate and a strong desire to learn as much as they can about the industry. be a team player that enjoys communicating with people, is well organized, and has hyper attention to details. With the teams over 10 years experience in Commercial Real Estate we have the knowledge to help you build a strong foundation of real estate and understand the market that will lead to a successful career in real estate.
What the Apartmentblocks Team does
We assemble homes into land assemblies and transact them to developers for a premium. Homeowners come away with a significant profit over selling in the residential market, which allows us to offer life changing benefits to our clients that most would be unable to achieve without this opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for reaching out to developers to inform them of new listings
- Organize proposals and prepare brokers for meetings
- Keep CRM and files organized
- Responsible for following up with developers about new listings and setting up meetings for the team leader to discuss further with the client
- Organize events and merchandise
- Ensure all listings are properly documented and gather any missing paperwork or signatures
- Work with marketing team to send out monthly mailers to homeowners and developers
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
- Good at and enjoys communicating with people
- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay very organized
- Can manage multiple tasks at once with ease
- Proven track record of owning your goals and consistently surpassing them
- The ability to work well independently while collaborating with other teams and leaders
- Builds rapport with team and clients
- Experience that proves you are a resourceful self-starter that is eager to talk to people
Experience
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, account executive, or account management position
