Our client is looking for a Sales Lead in the Vancouver area and the ideal candidate will be someone driven who is looking to grow the company portfolio and his/her career.
With more than 50 years in the renovation industry, our client is known for delivering high-quality products, to both Canada and the US, the company culture has been recognized for being open, and diverse and for providing outstanding growth opportunities for their employees.
You would be responsible for:
·Developing a business plan alongside other members of the team
·Create supply chain strategies for the manufacturing and distribution of the products
·Support the creation of the weekly, monthly, and yearly budget
·Work alongside the manufacturing team to enhance the book of business
·Develop strategies to increase preference and demand for the company’s products
·Maintain constant contact with key customers and attract new clients in US and Canada
Whom do we have in mind:
·Someone with at least 4 years of experience managing B2B sales in a manufacturing, construction, wood, or related industry
·A people person able to create relationships and close sales deals quickly
·A results-oriented individual who has experience making presentations and sales reports
·An induvial who irradiates positivism and is capable of influencing the team to achieve the expectations
·Someone with a valid passport able to travel to the US 25% of the time
·And lastly, someone driving, ambitious, and ready to put in the work to achieve the next step of his/her professional career.
