Job Description

We are looking for an Sales Coordinator to join us and become part of the Streamline family in Kamloops, BC.

  • This position is based out of the Kamloops office; not a remote position
  • Competitive Compensation $50,000 - $60,000/year

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Sales Coordinator’s primary role is to provide the Streamline office with sales, marketing and administrative support. This individual is involved with the coordination of the sales process, order fulfillment, customer on-boarding, implementation of Streamline’s marketing strategies, presentations, events, social media and promotions including print and web materials. This individual is also responsible for providing exceptional customer service and communication internally and externally. They are responsible for the efficient, effective and accurate flow of customer information through various software applications.


Major Responsibilities


Sales & Marketing


  • Professional internal and external customer service skills

  • Provide coverage of support and administration duties as necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new computer applications
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in marketing, business, or related field is preferred
  • Preparation ofsalesagreements
  • 1-3 years related experience
  • First contact with new leads to establish customer
  • Set up and assist with sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, tradeshows, and other sales actions.
  • Preparation of customer quotes and customer orders with CRM and inventory
  • Conduct targeted cold calls using trucking association rosters or trucking forum
  • Help identify and create marketing strategies and materials (brochures, signs, banners, case studies, blogs, social media, etc.) to ensure appropriate brand identity and corporate positioning.
  • Responsible, accountable, and reliable
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Coordinate and maintain social media platforms, including sourcing out new posts, and monitoring comments on social media pages.
  • Tracking of expiry of sales agreements to follow up with customers for renewal
  • Managing inbound and unsolicited prospect calls and leads
