Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lab Manager to join our team. The Lab Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company operations run smoothly and that proper communication is maintained with all the relevant stakeholders.

Education:
At least BSc or equivalent accreditation in Molecular Biology or related field
Masters or PhD would be a plus

Responsibilities:
Design and order DNA constructs;
Prepare reports based on the experimental data and communicate them with our clients;
Oversee the shipping and logistics operations, while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and materials to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders;
Conduct labeling, packaging and ordering as required by the company;
Draft and publish blogs, social media posts and product manuals as directed and approved by the company;
Maintain content of the company’s websites;
Assist with administrative tasks, regulatory filings and drafting of patents;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and related documentation;
Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and financial reporting;
Assist the executive team in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders;
Arrange for travel and conference attendance;
Prepare poster presentations;
Manage and optimize the ordering process for supplies, equipment, and materials required for the company's operations;
Conduct research and analysis on various topics to support decision-making and strategic planning;
Liaise with the accountants, lawyers and other service providers; and
Other duties as may be required from time to time by the company.
