The Community Health Manager reports directly to the owner and works with our office team to coordinate all aspects of the Just Like Family Home Care business to ensure the efficient day to day running of the company. Primary responsibilities involve marketing , in person, on the phone, via email etc,,, (Building relationships with referral partners(hospitals, care homes, Dr. other businesses etc...) , potential clients, and existing clients and staff members.
As an Community Health Manager (Richmond Delta Territory) you will provide marketing in our service area and Client Assessments:

• Ability to handle difficult situations and pivot when needed.
• Previous experience in the health care field
• Caregiver training
• Ambassador – work as an ambassador for Just Like Family, by showing a caring attitude, listening, and providing information to all inquiries while at work. Supporting other team members to care deeply and bring their best selves to this important work every day.
• Valid Driver's license
• Manage and help introduce caregivers to clients
• Marketing- developing relationships in the community with referral partners, taking part in marketing events in the community. Working with the owners to increase company revenue through sales and marketing activities in the Health Care field.
• Working independently with excellent time management skills... a self starter with drive and a positive can-do attitude
• Assessments – Provide assessments for potential clients. Develop client care plans with new clients.
• Assistance in covering shifts in emergency situations
• Strong written, verbal, computer skills
• Using our infrastructure and computer programs to follow up on marketing, leads, and assessments and meet monthly goals for their growth in the role

Job Details

• Richmond, Tsawwassen Ladner, North Delta areas.
• Being a creative problem solver and keep accurate records with attention to detail.
• Weekly accountability of tasks given and leads acquired.
• Monday to Friday availability 9 - 5 pm. Or weekends occasionally, when trade shows and events start up again.
• Ensuring compliance and structured implementation of company policies and practices consistently
• Must drive and have confidence talking to the public about our services and why we are so awesome!
• Training provided.
• Having a flexibility to work to accomodate specific circumstances and emergency situations where clients need care set up immediately and cant wait till Monday for the assessment for example.
• Compensation is dependent on skill level and experience with home care and marketing.
