THE OPPORTUNITY:

Door Systems, a division of ASSA ABLOY, the worlds largest manufacturer and installer of entrance systems is looking to add an Inside Sale Person to join our Kelowna team. This individual is key to our success by ensuring we are providing the highest level of customer service and will work directly with our customers and service techs to support business growth and ensure the best in customer support.

Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
· Create repair and service quotes based on information provided by both customers and service techs
· Open and close work orders for service repairs
· Acts as point of contact between project managers, sales team, technicians, and customers
· Work with dispatch to coordinate installations, service calls, and planned maintenance programs
· Pro-actively follow up with customers regarding quoting and schedule changes
· Maintain relationships with vendors and determine the best product for the customers needs
· Proven ability to multi-task under fast-paced, sometimes high-stressed environment
· Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive interaction with customers, management, and teammates
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Engage in and promote Door Systems safety culture
· Work towards the goal of a positive environment and help drive a customer focused culture
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years telephone experience
· Minimum 3 years customer service experience
· Minimum 3 years of direct sales and quoting experience in a construction environment
· Experience directing and organizing teams or projects in a construction environment
· Ability to multi-task and excel in fast paced environment
· Attention to detail and effective paperwork organization
· Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
· Customer service oriented
· Excellent Microsoft Excel experience required
· Basic Microsoft Word and Outlook experience
· Preference will be given to those with construction and trade related experience

Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
