We are looking a senior sales Marketing for our team
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the international market for educational immigration.
Lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to achieve targets and objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the international market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, agencies, and key stakeholders to expand the company's network and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Create and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, presentations, and social media campaigns, tailored for the international market.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge in the international market.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the educational immigration or related industry, with a focus on the international market.
Strong understanding of international market dynamics, cultural nuances, and customer behavior.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies that have resulted in revenue growth.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards achieving targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients from diverse backgrounds.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and CRM software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, adapting to changing priorities and taking initiative to drive results.
