• We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our growing team!

What you will do:

• Acquire and maintain business relationships with clients
• Monitor and report key success metrics of self and team
• Maintain relationships and upsell existing accounts
• Understanding client requirements and working on right solutions
• Resolve client issues with best solution, keeping the relationship healthy
• Identify new business opportunities and work towards acquiring the same
• Understand client requirements and work on the right solution with support from various teams
• Lead our team of Sales Development Representatives

What you have:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development role
• Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up environment
• Experience leading/growing a sales team
• Strong analytical thinker to spot trends/insights and use it to build business and support team
• Driven, passionate, energetic and an ultimate team player
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
