The Nobis team is growing as we expand our brand presence. We seek a strategic and creative Sales Account Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in managing key accounts, building strong relationships with distributors and sales representatives, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth in international markets. Your responsibilities will encompass account management, sales strategy development, and collaboration with the marketing team to ensure the brand's success across various sales channels. Your passion for the fashion industry, strong communication skills, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment will be essential in excelling in this role. Account Management
- Build and manage distributor, sales rep, and key account relationships to ensure long-term stability and profitable growth.
- Lead, motivate, and provide best-in-class service to Distributors, Retailers, and Management.
- Working closely with logistics to ensure the timely arrival of all products.
- Preparing account reports as requested.
- Order entry and processing for all international accounts.
- Assist in international primary market growth and export productive programs to additional regions.
- Remain in frequent contact with customers to understand their needs.
Sales Strategy
- In conjunction with the VP, develop and manage the Sales budget for the territory.
- Conduct market research to identify market and industry leaders, the competitive landscape, and market share opportunities.
- Work closely with distributors, sales reps, and key accounts to ensure sales targets are being achieved and hold partners accountable to maintain all aspects of the brand.
- Work closely with global sales management to build a sales plan that increases accountability and drives growth with regional distributors.
Marketing
- Liaise with the marketing team to ensure marketing programs are implemented across all sales channels.
- Work with the marketing team to build a seasonal plan and ensure adequate brand representation amongst trade partners.
Qualifications
- Fashion and luxury knowledge and/or experience preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail/wholesale experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, be proactive, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed. No issues with various time zones.
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Proven sales management record with wholesale/key accounts, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or outerwear market.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in using CRM software (preferably NetSuite), Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
- International travel may be required.
- Proven Go-To-Market Plan building experience.
- Fluent English is a must. French or Mandarin is an asset.
