Job Description

We are the exclusive designer, manufacturer and distributor of some of the most recognized brands in the industry, including: Red Eye Glass®, GEAR® Premium, Cheech & Chong™ Glass, Red Eye Tek®, LIT™ Silicone, iRie™ and Retro Glass™.


Continually growing and expanding, we now offer an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated person to join our sales team in the role of Sales Development Specialist. This dynamic sales development position is responsible for growing West Coast Gifts business within the cannabis dispensary and smoke shop channels.We offer a competitive compensation package including monthly bonus pay structure, with unlimited earning potential to recognize and reward strong performance.

The right candidate for this role is entrepreneurial, professional, strategic and has a passion for growing their own business. This is an office-based opportunity for an individual who is a top performer in B2B sales with a proven track record of closing new accounts.Hard working, passionate hunters who have experience selling directly to owners and purchasers in the cannabis accessories wholesale or distribution channels is a plus.

The successful candidate has exceptional relationship building and communication skills to effectively assess customer needs and present appropriate product mix to gain new accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to and resolves customer inquiries timely and effectively
  • Converts leads into sales
  • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status
  • Utilizes prospective customer lists by making outbound calls every day
  • Participates in daily team meetings and all training sessions
  • Consistently hits target of 30 new door openings per month
  • Creates and effectively communicates compelling value proposals to potential customers
  • Has a strong work ethic and eager to learn and make new connections with prospects (cannabis dispensary and smoke shop managers/owners)
  • Handle entire inside sales process from proposal to close


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prior sales development experience, specifically in the B2B segment
  • Cannabis knowledge preferred; passion required
  • Experience using Google and MS Office, preferred

·Confident and poised in interactions, with strong deal closing abilities

  • Desire for continuous learning and growth
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability with a self-motivated attitude

  • Collaborative culture and team building are an extremely important pieces for this role, working within the sales department
  • Candidate has to be willing and able to commute to WCG office

  • Work schedule is 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday
