Marketing and Operations Co-Ordinator
We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new Marketing and Operations Coordinator to support our company in its primary and administrative duties. As the Marketing and Operations Coordinator, you are a dedicated and ambitious problem-solver with a can-do attitude. You are committed to delivering high-quality work, detail-oriented and versatile, with the ability to deliver on a variety of tasks. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and have in-depth knowledge of marketing trends. This is a contract full-time position.
Job Duties
These are the starting responsibilities, with future substantial opportunity to grow with the brand.
·Responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies and supporting management in organizing various projects.
·Gathering and reviewing marketing data from various channels.
·Organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
·Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
·Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
·Write marketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market.
·Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
·Collaborating with ambassadors of various brands to develop innovative ways of gaining exposure for client products.
·Acting as second-in-command to the Manager and taking care of all duties in their absence.
·Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
·Taking inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
·Updating logs and order forms.
·Analyzing all operations, conducting market research, and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
·Submitting ideas for marketing programs created to enhance and grow the brand of the company.
·Be a great team player and communicate directly with clients
·Communicating with clients or employers about project, event or campaign expectations and goals
·Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget
·Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success
About You
·You love a challenge and have 1-2 years Marketing experience. You complete projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
·As the face of the brand, you are confident, charismatic, and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships.
·Ability to prioritize effectively based on company objectives.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to speak and write English fluently
·Ability to work with data to create useful marketing reports & presentations.
- Education or experience in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing principles and office management
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to deadlines and multitask.
- Ability to communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
- Good understanding of market research techniques
- High level of organization with a client-oriented approach
- Ability to write marketing literature to augment the presence of the company in the market.
- Good knowledge of online applications and MS Office
Compensation: $50k- $55k per annum
