Job Description
Founded in 2009, Dribbble is the top global community for designers and creative professionals and an inspiration destination for over a hundred million people every year. We're empowering creatives around the world to make a living doing what they love. Our mission is to provide support at every stage of a creative's journey; whether that's freelancing, or being hired by some of the world's leading design-forward companies.
With many jobs, you have to pick between having a huge impact on the organization (small team) or having a huge impact on the world (big product), but at Dribbble - you get to do both, as part of a highly collaborative team, working on one of the world's top 1000 websites.
At Dribbble, we serve a global community and we need a diverse team to do that successfully. Women, people of colour, members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with disabilities, and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide an accessible candidate experience, and if you need any accommodations or adjustments throughout the interview process and beyond, please let us know. We're dedicated to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment for employees from all walks of life.
We’re building a fully remote team across North America (Canada & the US). We believe that creative collaboration can happen anywhere, and that working remotely shouldn’t have to mean sacrificing a sense of cohesion, community, and connection. We've seen that by combining thoughtful collaboration, frequent communication, and the freedom for people to be their authentic selves, you can do your best work and inspire others to do the same.
About the role:
We are looking for a self-starting & passionate Education Admissions Coordinator to be responsible for the support and onboarding of students who express interest or have questions about our Dribbble Education courses. You will be students’ first point of contact and act as the voice of Dribbble Education. Your goal will be to nurture and convert student leads by actively engaging with potential students over email, phone calls and Zoom, educating them about our courses. You will also create and host frequent online interactive webinars for hundreds of potential students, answering their questions. Additionally you will be responsible for introducing Dribbble Education to companies who are interested in using our courses to up-skill their employees.
As an Education Admissions Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
  • Be the main point of contact for students who are looking to enroll in one of our many Design courses.
  • Report weekly on admissions stats to the team.
  • Maintaining a pipeline and forecast of active opportunities, and converting those opportunities into revenue to achieve your quota.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quota for enrolments.
  • Work closely with our Marketing & Product team and suggest ways to drive potential students to book a call with you.
  • Handle calls and emails about our courses, swiftly reply to students queries and educate them about our Education courses.
  • Own and build out a high touch admissions drip sequence to your hot leads to make sure they are followed up with.
  • Overseeing the whole lifecycle of a student’s admissions journey, from lead generation to course enrolment.
  • Nurture potential leads by meeting with students via Zoom & phone calls for ‘Education consultations’, with the goal of converting students to register for our Education courses.
  • Own and build out and maintain our Admissions CRM, to track students as they move through the admissions pipeline, to ensure students get the support they need.
We're looking for:
  • Someone who is able to work independently and create new processes. You will work on a small team as we build our Education offering, you have the ability to self start and lead processes.
  • Comfortable carrying a quota. You’re comfortable working towards and exceeding goals that align with your responsibilities and are motivated by success.
  • Authenticity. You care about the students of our courses and want to make sure they have the best in experiences as a Dribbble student. You approach your work without ego and focus on the success of the team.
  • Experience in supporting students in an Education admissions setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills. You are experienced in utilizing CRM tools to optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecast tracking.
  • The ability to establish rapport and trust. You care about building strong and lasting relationships, and it shows in the way you communicate with care and precision.
  • Someone who’s excited and passionate about Education. You are genuinely eager to help student start their journey of acquiring new skills and changing their lives.
  • A proven track record. You have consistently maintained or exceeded your quotas in previous roles.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. You can demonstrate the value of the products and services to prospective clients, and highlight how they'll align with their business and hiring goals. You have excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
At Dribbble, you’ll join a diverse team dedicated to learning, teaching, and growing; as individuals, as a team, as a business, and as a community. As a workplace, we pride ourselves on doing right by our employees, and have a benefits package that makes being a part of the Dribbble team a dream job and something to be really proud of:
