Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Branding and Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the institution's academic programs and unique offerings to prospective students and agents globally.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the agent recruitment market. Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure a high-performing and motivated team focused on achieving enrollment goals, exploring agent partnerships, and delivering outstanding service to prospective students.
  • Agent Recruitment Market: Explore opportunities to collaborate with reputable educational agents, agencies, and partners to expand the institution's global reach and explore the agent recruitment market as an additional revenue stream.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive global recruitment and enrollment strategy aligned with the institution's objectives and growth plans. Identify key target markets and create tailored approaches to attract students from various regions.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Provide regular reports on recruitment and enrollment metrics, analyzing performance against targets, revenue generation from agent partnerships, and recommending adjustments as necessary.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Stay abreast of relevant immigration policies, visa regulations, and international student recruitment best practices, ensuring compliance and optimizing recruitment efforts for both direct and agent-recruited students.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain partnerships with educational agents, agencies, and international institutions to expand recruitment networks, foster collaborations, and explore agent recruitment as a potential revenue stream.
  • Enrollment Process Optimization: Streamline and enhance the enrollment process for students and agent partners to provide a seamless experience and maximize recruitment and revenue opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual recruitment and enrollment budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize results from direct recruitment efforts and agent partnerships.
  • Admissions Standards: Collaborate with academic departments to establish and uphold admissions standards that align with the institution's academic excellence and diversity goals for both direct applicants and agent-recruited students.


Minimum qualifications and experience

  • Customer service or relationship building experience.
  • Experience in higher education, specifically admissions, student affairs, or related areas.
  • 1-3 years of Student recruitment experience.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field or


Compensation

● Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 CAD annually
