Venturis Capital Corporation is searching for a dynamic and collaborative Digital Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for the execution of all digital marketing initiatives for our Operator Training course offering via Leavitt Training through our equipment dealership network across North America.


Key functions of the Digital Marketing Coordinator role include creating and executing strategic marketing plans, building and optimizing websites, and enhancing our presence on social media platforms. The Opportunity


The Digital Marketing Coordinator is the internal marketing expert and go-to resource for colleagues across multiple dealerships and business units within Venturis Capital. Responsible for delivering insightful analysis to drive engagement and revenue growth across all channels and audience segments.


This role requires a sound knowledge of websites (front end and back end), social media, CRM concepts, database structures, and analytical and campaign management tools. This position will take the lead on all marketing-related activities for their assigned business units, from initiating and assisting with market research and creating strategic marketing plans, to graphic design and troubleshooting website functionality.


Job Responsibilities include:


Strategic Marketing Planning and Execution


  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for each assigned business unit, highlighting SMART goals to achieve with very targeted strategies and tactics to focus all task activities and projects for the fiscal year ahead


Content & Website Development


  • Research and write accurate and original content to drive traffic and draw qualified interest for our products and services
  • Responsible for the daily management and monthly reporting of online presence analytics
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve our websites with content and technical updates
  • Creating, editing, and publishing announcements for new product and service offerings
  • Continuously improve our online presence and organically build our audience using SEO best practices


Digital Marketing


  • Execute all elements of digital marketing strategies identified in annual plans
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social sponsored posts, and programmatic display campaigns, to make recommendations and adjustments to optimize regularly, and conduct A/B testing
  • Report building – create analysis reports on KPI’s by campaign for each business unit using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Analyze trends in data by campaign to ensure we are maximizing our ROI, and identifying non-performing campaigns to target for improvement
  • Write and design branded email blasts to end user and corporate client contacts featuring upcoming operator training programs, feature products, and seasonal promotions
  • Collaborate with social media content creators to develop content and campaign ideas for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and YouTube)
  • Light graphic design for various digital product flyers and catalogues


This position operates from the Langley, BC branch of Venturis Capital, located in the Port Kells industrial district, with the potential to work in a hybrid format remotely one to two days per week once initial training is completed.


The Ideal Candidate


You are naturally curious and tenacious, and love to dig in and understand what works and what doesn’t and aren’t afraid to adjust plans accordingly.


You are highly creative in coming up with out-of-the-box ideas to increase engagement across our digital properties.


You have a strong understanding of how online organic search algorithms work, and it would be a bonus if you are tech savvy with the ability to implement tracking strategies for ROI.


  • Experience with SEO and website quality management programs (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Moz, etc.)
  • Experience with CMS website platforms (WordPress, Sitefinity, etc.)
  • Understanding of the importance of safety training across all roles and industries
  • Exceptional organizational skills and able to successfully move multiple projects towards successful completion simultaneously with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO and SEM best practices
  • Microsoft Office skills with a very high level of efficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Precise English writing, grammar, and punctuation skills
  • Experience promoting safe work programs is considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of graphic design applications including the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Impeccable communication abilities in all forms of written media and in meetings with colleagues in the marketing team and across departments within the company.
  • Experience with developing marketing campaigns utilizing CRM systems an asset
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree, preferably in marketing
  • 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing role
  • Excellent problem solver with the ability to multi-task
  • Tech savvy and knowledgeable about digital marketing trends
  • Self-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
