Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Event and Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at the Granville Strip nightclub. As the Event and Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing an exciting and diverse calendar of events and experiences. Your role will involve creating detailed plans, managing budgets, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills. Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor events, and new event concepts to continuously innovate and enhance our offerings.
  • Attend events to gauge customer satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and gather feedback for future improvements.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients, vendors, and staff members at all times.
  • Establish customer service standards to ensure event/experience success: coordinate with leadership team to ensure consistent adherence to established customer service standards and guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all necessary resources and services are available for each event, and to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop a detailed plan for each event, including timelines, budgets, and projections for patron count.
  • Collaborate with social media coordinator and assist with marketing efforts to create effective promotional strategies for events, utilizing various marketing channels, including social media, print materials, and partnerships.
  • Understand the target audience: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the preferences, interests, and trends of our target demographic, comprising individuals aged 25-40 years. Develop events and experiences that align with their tastes, lifestyle, and desire for memorable experiences in an upscale exotic nightclub setting.
  • Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and find cost-effective solutions while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and oversee the successful implementation of events and customer experiences, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong knowledge of event planning principles and best practices.
  • Relevant certification such as Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP), Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certified Event Planner (CEP), or Certified Government Meeting Professional (CGMP) is a plus
