Event & Client Coordinator Position with a Barista Twist!
This role serves as the gateway to an organization encompassing a diverse collection of brands, offerings, and companies ranging from small to large. It positions someone at the forefront - the initial point of contact for our guests, the leader in event bookings, and the primary support for internal teams on marketing, event planning, and promotional tasks. As a key member of our team at The Network Brew, your role encompasses a range of responsibilities:
- Warmly greet all customers and clients, serving as HOUSE's primary point of contact.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to specified recipes.
- Take customer orders and handle payments.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, seating areas, and equipment.
- Maintain inventory by restocking coffee beans and coffee brewing equipment.
- Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment in compliance with organization standards and regulations.
- I'd like you to please stay updated on email communications and third-party venue rental postings.
- Assist with projects in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Execute team tasks promptly, such as research, emails, content development, and presentation building.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail, are essential.
- Engage in calls and discussions with third-party suppliers, vendors, and venues, collecting details and pricing information for team collaboration.
- Create promotional content for The Network Brew's social media channels.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities.
- Manage, execute, and track bookings and logistics for all events.
- Adhere to allocated budgets, recognizing that tight industry timelines often limit time.
- Be flexible in handling smaller tasks like file checks and other ad hoc projects during breaks from core projects.
- Maintain thorough and organized notes.
- Conduct daily backups to project Google Drive dockets.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess…
- 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or marketing.
- Barista experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google applications.
