The Role:
This role is a front-line position for our marketing department and has a direct impact on the clients we serve. It is the responsibility of the Client Intake Coordinator to first turn a caller into a scheduled consultation and then serve as an ongoing point of contact for the client by gauging customer satisfaction, supporting cross-marketing initiatives, and providing feedback to the marketing department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enter data into CRM, schedule consultations, and process payments,
- Answer calls from current and prospective clients,
- Assess client needs and suggest/promote the firm’s services by offering exceptional, knowledge of the value and unparalleled experience that our firm provides,
- Create consultation folders and keep records,
· Coordinate with the marketing team and be involved in the marketing initiatives as it relates to direct client and prospective client contact,
- Reach out to clients to gather feedback and reviews,
- Follow up on leads and consultations and gather post-consultation feedback,
- Address and resolve complaints/issues.
Role-Specific Core Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office, CRM, and other Software
- Customer service driven and compassionate
- Strong organizational skills
- A strong drive for results and a commitment to meeting and exceeding the firm’s expectation
- 1-year experience in a client-facing role
