Maintain the customer relations management program and purchaser portal

Prepare and monitor weekly warranty reports for management to review

Schedule Décor, PDI and warranty appointments, follow up to inquire about the experience.

Prepare and distribute educational materials to purchasers

Create and oversee the distribution of educational warranty materials to purchasers

Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills

Effectively and efficiently coordinate with other internal departments, property management, consultants, suppliers and warranty providers

Intermediate to advanced working skills in Microsoft Office, database and CRM software; knowledge in Maximizer and Conasys is an advantage

This role will provide daily support to the Director, Consumer Marketing and the Digital Acquisitions Associate Manager

Manage relationship with fulfillment center, troubleshooting any production problems and coordinating the completion of special requests

Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in the magazine industry or other subscription-based environment an asset

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience working with designers and copywriters to produce effective print and digital materials

Time management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Coordinate and oversee the successful implementation of events and customer experiences, ensuring all aspects are executed flawlessly.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor events, and new event concepts to continuously innovate and enhance our offerings.

5+ years proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role, preferably in the entertainment industry.

Strong knowledge of event planning principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking and relationship skills with demonstrated client management skills.

Project management experience is an asset.

Minimum of three years of experience in a corporate environment.

Outstanding communication skills – listening, written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple marketing tasks, projects, and deadlines all without jeopardizing quality.

Strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Practical experience in a complex, fast-paced, diverse service environment that involves cross-cultural sensitive information, financial transactions, tracking, and inquiry management.
