- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support CX plans, projects, and programs
- Acts as a central point of contact for the CX team for engagement and status on programs/plans
- Analyze metrics and produce project summary reports.
- Supports the CX Director and team with various tasks as required
- Assist in the design and preparation of materials (reviews, dashboards, executive summaries), which require research or compiling of disparate information sources.
- Coordinate and plan activities and events, both internally and with Alberta Blue Cross customers and partners.
- Track progress on deliverables, analyzes metrics, and produce project summary reports
- Support our CX culture transformation by managing specific programs across the organization
- Outstanding communication skills – listening, written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful.
- Attitude and approach of continuous improvement.
- High proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
- Project management experience is an asset.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or a related field.
- Strong networking and relationship skills with demonstrated client management skills.
- Facilitation experience is an asset.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Self-motivated and flexible with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple marketing tasks, projects, and deadlines all without jeopardizing quality.
- Previous marketing experience is an asset.
