Riverside Energy Systems is excited to be hiring a customer service representative to join our team in our Kamloops BC office. This position is accountable to the Internal Operations Supervisor and will report directly to them. You will be required to talk and meet with customers in our office. This includes on the phone, over email, and handling walk-in clientele. You will be trained on how to direct incoming inquiries as well as service and monitoring requests. The hours are full-time, Mon-Fri, 8 am-4:30 pm with coffee and lunch breaks at the Internal Operations Supervisor's scheduled times.
- Receiving payments
- Proposal submission
- Service Contracts
- Post installation follow up
- PM software updating
- CRM software updating
- Troubleshooting
- Onboarding new clients
- System knowledge
- Initial contact
- Product knowledge
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Advanced skills in communicating
- Ability to stay on task
- Lots of talking and typing
- 1+ years of industry knowledge is preferred
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
- 1-2 years experience is ideal
