Overview of Customer Relations Customer Relations is a job that involves providing excellent customer service to customers and clients. Detailed Job Description of Customer Relations The primary responsibility of a Customer Relations job is to provide excellent customer service to customers and clients. This includes responding to customer inquiries and complaints, providing product and service information, and resolving customer issues. The job also requires the ability to build relationships with customers and maintain a positive customer experience. Other duties may include providing customer feedback to management, assisting with marketing and promotional activities, and providing customer support for online services.
