Oversee existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction; to develop and maintain an open and meaningful customer feedback loop; and monitor company progress.
- Assist with other related duties.
- Preparing valuations of customer portfolios by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data obtained from customer’s portfolio.
- Facilitate prompt complaint resolution through direct contact with brokers and upper management.
*The working schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 830am-530pm PST*
Requirements
- Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Comprehension of Excel)
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Customer service background
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Reporting & Data Entry Background
- Strong follow up and communication skills

Communications- Exhibits good listening and comprehension. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, specifically, following up to ensure resolution. Excellent phone etiquette and an ability to maintain grace under pressure.
Customer Service- Displays courtesy and sensitivity, while maintaining a positive attitude. Must have a customer service background. Manages difficult or emotional customer situations. Meets commitments. Responds promptly to customer needs. Solicits customer feedback to improve service.
Problem Solving- Develops alternative solutions. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Identifies problems in a timely manner. Resolves problems in early stages. Works well in group problem solving situations.
Work Environment- The working conditions of this position include working in a remote fashion and autonomous environment. The environment must be free of distractions and provide a space to conduct business in a confidential manner. Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with team in a remote environment.
