Our client, an innovative manufacturer and specialist in the field of manufacturing their custom products, is looking for a Customer Service Associate in downtown Montreal.

Respond in person or on the phone to customer inquiries.
Process customer accounts, take orders and archive them on software
information and documents;

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Associate:
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete product and cost information;
  • Respond in person or on the phone to customer inquiries;
  • Understand the return policy and the general conditions on the products;
  • Perform all other duties related to the position ex. data entry and other tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the company's activities.
  • Effectively maintain a computerized system and provide the manager with an operational statement of customer accounts and sales;
  • Process customer accounts, take orders and archive information and documents on software;
  • Identify, assess customer needs and build trust through open and interactive communication;
  • Follow up on purchase orders and delivery;
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions;
Qualifications

  • DEP, secretarial or administrative training;
  • Bilingual: French and English, spoken and written;
