Job Description
COURTENAY NISSAN is looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join our team in our busy dealership. As part of our team, you will learn, grow and thrive as we support your career development.


Responsibilities:


  • Follow up via text, email and phone calls
  • Occasional delivery or pick-up of vehicles
  • Reaching out to clients via phone to gather and discuss personal information


Requirements:


  • Proficient with computers, specifically CRM software
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Commitment to continuous learning


Wage:


$20-$22 per hour, plus bonuses


The hours are full time.

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)


Experience:


  • Sales and Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
