Customer Serv. & Sales Supp. Representative

Provincial Wood Products/ Richelieu Hardware Inside Sales/Customer Service Agent - Newfoundland branch

The successful candidate will be responsible for order entry of faxed, emailed orders as well as in-person orders & inquires.

They will answer calls, and emails, related to these orders and provide the necessary follow-up.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Inside Sales Supervisor:

• Participate in training sessions on new products
• Customer service
• Any other related duties.
• Answers calls
• Respond promptly and respectfully to customers inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Ensure follow up on orders, as required
• Process orders made by e-mail, fax and phone & in person

Requirements

• Experience in customer service
• Team player
• High School Diploma
• Experience in the Cabinet & Millwork or related industry is an asset
• English (spoken and written)
• Ability to absorb a lot of information quickly
• Experience in Hardware distribution business is an asset
• Good organizational skills
• Efficient computer keyboarding skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Can work with minimal supervision
