Job Description
Are you a customer service representative looking for a new opportunity within the insurance industry? Do you value customers and provide a high level of customer service? If so, then we may have the role for you! We are currently looking for a customer service representative (call center representative) to join our team in our office in an easily accessible Downtown Vancouver location. This role is a full time temporary to permanent position with an ASAP start date.
Please note, this role is working from an office in Downtown Vancouver. In office full time.
The main responsibilities of this role is to respond to all customer and client inquiries via inbound phone and inbound email. There is also a requirement to make outbound calls.
Other duties include but are not limited to:-
  • Answer all customer questions in an efficient and timely manner whilst building rapport over the phone and via email
  • Handle any and all escalations
  • Provide a high level of product knowledge to help resolve any issues or concerns
  • Liaise with all other internal departments to help provide an excellent customer experience
  • Order management including document processing PO's, scheduling, and data entry
  • Administrative duties as required
Please note this is a full time position, Mon-Fri with office hours (8:30 to 5 pm). Training will be conducted onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Handle any and all escalations
  • Answer all customer questions in an efficient and timely manner whilst building rapport over the phone and via email
  • Meet all internal targets / call center KPIs
  • Order management including processing PO's and creating invoices
  • Administrative duties as required
  • Liaise with all other internal departments to help provide an excellent customer experience
  • Provide a high level of product knowledge to help resolve any issues
Qualifications
  • Can work well as part of a small team in Vancouver
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must be comfortable working from an office in Downtown Vancouver
  • Strong customer service and Administrative experience
  • Well organized and great at multitasking
  • Great computer skills including MS Excel
