Job Description
Are you looking for a part-time job with a reputable company where People Matter Most? Secure-Rite currently has one part-time opening for a Customer Service Representative to work out of our Kelowna location. This job involves taking calls from our amazing customers, leading them through their booking, and taking payment.
You are an experienced and calm deal-maker with a mature 'can-do' attitude. In this position, you will be a part of a four person team that serves our customers portable storage - primarily on the phone, and sometimes in our container yard.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Summary
In this position, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all incoming customer inquiries and bookings. They will also be responsible for sending sales and rental agreements, quotations and information requested by our customers. The Customer Service Rep plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer to our customers.

  • Responsible to Operations Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Handle all incoming customer inquiries and orders for designated location
  • Customer Service
  • Handle any customer complaints as per company procedure
  • Enter all client information and sales/rental booking information in Total Recall Software
  • Collect information from customers in order to prepare sales and rental agreements
  • Act as backup for all incoming customer inquiries and orders for other locations
  • Send all agreements to customers and ensure they are received back prior to delivery
  • Quotations & Information
  • Provide data to Branch Manager regarding rentals, sales, and units for tracking purposes
  • Track KPI’s and submit to General Manager weekly
  • Prepare and send quotes, estimates and information sent to customers
  • Forward any non-standard quote requests to applicable sales and project managers
  • Accounting Support
  • Assist Finance Manager with Accounts Receivable for designation location
  • Help Finance Manager with invoice coding, sorting, and various tasks
  • Outside Sales & Service
  • Follow up with past customers or previous inquiries via phone or email
  • Make cold calls to potential customers if incoming calls are slow
  • Ensure that all client information and method of payment is current and functional
