Assist Finance Manager with Accounts Receivable for designation location

Help Finance Manager with invoice coding, sorting, and various tasks

Forward any non-standard quote requests to applicable sales and project managers

Provide data to Branch Manager regarding rentals, sales, and units for tracking purposes

Track KPI’s and submit to General Manager weekly

Handle all incoming customer inquiries and orders for designated location

Organize, confirm and process guest check-ins/ check-outs and adapt for any changes

Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed

Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests

Run daily reports, reviewing to see what needs to be communicated to the next shift’s staff

Complete cashier and closing reports, counting the bank at the end of each shift securely

Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department

Efficiently manage the season's waitlist, curating the perfect snowcat experience for each guest based on their experience, skills, and preferences.

Assist with office tasks, including filing, data updates, and electronic document management.

Greet guests at the airport, office, and bus, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for a seamless experience.

Record and manage retail sales accurately through our POS system, maintaining a well-stocked and inviting retail environment.

Maintain meticulous records using our booking CRM, handling confirmations, waivers, and invoices precisely.

Extend a warm welcome to visitors, handle deliveries, and facilitate retail sales with professionalism and care.

Demonstrates pride in responsibilities, an intense drive and a passion to succeed.

Takes initiative and 100% ownership of responsibilities, with zero excuses for issues within direct control.

Exhibits high energy and strong interpersonal skills; is friendly, helpful, positive, patient, socially confident and communicative.

Enjoys interacting with diverse people and excels at providing a superior guest experience.

Assists with crafting and preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.

Suggests additional merchandise, including balloons, candles, and cards, to complete a unique celebration.

Previous experience in guests/customer service in forward-facing industries is considered an asset.

Experience in cash handling and basic accounting procedures.

Maintain show requirements i.e., temperature control, garbage removal, lighting, cleaning.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge, familiar with SharePoint, Excel, Word and Eventpro.

Responsible for maintaining year-round events by keeping event areas, washrooms, public areas clean pre-event, during and post event.

Responsible for the take down and cleanup of events in the rooms, pavilions, and outside areas the events were held in.

Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies)

Providing competent and courteous service to members, exceeding their expectations, and making them feel at home

Previous experience working with a financial institution

customer service or sales experience, cash-handling experience, and a high school diploma

This is a casual position needed for absence coverage. There are no guaranteed hours per week.

Achieving or exceeding assigned sales and referral goals

Communicate appropriate information and/or instructions to departments and field personnel using client relationship management software and/or Work Orders/SharePoint, email and telephone.

Broad-based knowledge of municipal operations and services.

Proven customer service, public relations and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational skills with ability to work under pressure, listen effectively and deal with emotionally charged situations.

Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, demonstrated tact and professionalism in dealing with the public and staff.

Act as a general ambassador for Norfolk County, providing assistance to customers accessing a wide range of municipal services.
