Our client has been a leader in the automotive equipment business in Canada for 30 years and they are just getting started! They are focusing on culture and aggressive growth, and they need the right Service Manager to join them and help lead the experience.
There are many exciting opportunities available. They are looking for someone who can see the potential and vision as they do. You will work with management to develop a plan to execute and make sure your sales team is equipped and motivated to take on the challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the service department, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
· Develop and implement service strategies to meet customers’ needs and achieve department goals
· Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track departmental performance and implement improvement measures as necessary.
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and accurate service delivery.
· Responsible for ensuring installers have all they need to do the job.
· Oversee warranties and make sure they are dealt with in a timely manner.
· Support the largest sector of the company.
· Recruiting, hiring, and training new department employees
Qualifications:
· 13+ years’ experience in the Parts and Service industry, Automotive.
· Post-Secondary degree or diploma preferable
· Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated and goal-oriented
· Collaborates with, coaches, and develops other staff
· High level of professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and accuracy
· Efficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
