Sales Manager Jobs

INspiration Furniture Coquitlam is looking for the newest addition to the team. Are you a Salesperson with Management Experience or a Manager with Sales experience? Or both?

We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager to work full-time at our INspiration Furniture Coquitlam location on 1348 United Blvd.

Your day-to-day duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Learn the multiple brands we represent under our umbrella, so you can continually train the sales team.
• Required to step in and sell on the showroom floor when needed and you must be able to provide the sales team with immediate feedback when necessary.
• Actively pursuing sales while managing the sales team.
• Coordinate and oversee the planning, organizing, and delegating of work among staff, as well as ensuring this work is being done.
• Join a hands-on team of professionals, from management, distribution, admin, and marketing.
• Help ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised.
• Responsible for making sure that all store policies, procedures, and controls are followed.
• Ensure that the store sales team provides exceptional customer service. This includes answering questions and assisting with product selection, purchases, and returns as well as handling any disputes.

Skills and Experience:

• Another language is an advantage
• 2+ years' of sales/retail experience
• Must be able and willing to work every weekend
• BC Drivers License is required
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Furniture retail experience is a big advantage
• Compensation will be based on qualifications and experience
