MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, status reports, and build recommendations to increase performance and share best practices
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential new products/services
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Expedite issues and complaints resolution to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within committed time frame
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Introduce and promote products/services with ease to both existing/potential customers
  • Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Reach out to customer leads through email, social medias and cold calling
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships


We’re looking for a result-driven team player Sales Representative with natural interpersonal skills to maintain profitable relationships with current customers while actively recruiting new ones, and keeping them loyal.

REQUIREMENTS


  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Available to travel across Canada (details to be discussed with Team Lead)
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office suite and Google environment
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the bedding industry (ideal)
  • Minimum 3 years as a Sales Representative
  • Bilingual, English and French, spoken and written
  • Comfortable using social medias
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • CRM practices knowledge along with the ability to follow business opportunities through their various cycles
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
