APP is looking for professionals with focus on exploring long-term business partners to increase our brand awareness, forge strong relationships and increase market shares in the tissue segment.
Highlight for the role:
APP is looking for a Sales Executive, Cultural Paper Business Unit (based in Quebec, Canada). This is a newly created position, and this role will report to Head of Sales, Cultural Paper BU (based in Canada). The successful candidate must be fluent in French and English.
Job Requirements:
- Able to properly coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort and service level.
- Develop strong and ongoing relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Meet and/or exceed sales quotas as determined by manager.
- Engage in sales negotiations to successfully meet customer and company’s expectations to deliver results.
- Maintain current clients information and pipeline of prospects in the system.
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads through various methods, including cold-calling, email and in-person meetings.
- Willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time within the specified region (Quebec).
- Respond and attend to customer concerns, being familiar with our products and operation flow.
- Based in Quebec, Canada. Candidate must be fluent in French and English.
- Able to create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products. Schedule meetings with prospects and current customers.
Job Qualification:
- Contacts and experience selling into large printing companies, publishers, and paper packaging, is a big plus.
- Track record of being able to meet and achieve sales/other targets.
- 3-5 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a commodity or raw material industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Highly self-motivated to perform, proactive in trying to accomplish tasks while requiring minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Track record of successfully managing customer relationships and addressing customer key concerns.
- Strong verbal and written communication ability.
