Completed 2 years post- secondary education in Power Engineering, 3rd Class Power Engineering Certificate/Diploma

B&W Recovery boiler capable of processing 4.2 Mlbs/day of black liquor and 580,000 lbs/hr of 900 psi steam

B&W Power boiler that burns biomass fuel, natural gas, and bunker "C". Capable of producing 300,000 lbs/hr of 900psi steam

Modern Andritz lime kiln and slaker in causticizing.

3 new modern automated Demineralizers trains.

Working on a 12-hour shift schedule, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively communicating with peers, senior management, internal and external stakeholders

Special Projects as required by Senior Management

Act as backup to the Manager, in an operational capacity

Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial or securities industry

Minimum 5 years experience in previous leadership roles

Strong experience in the securities industry as it relates to back-office administration

At least 3 years of previous leadership experience and sound decision-making abilities.

At least 3 years of previous experience within a pulp and paper environment is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills including an ability to work collaboratively within a fast paced and structured environment.

Strong communication skills with excellent strategic thinking skills.

Proficient analytical skills required as well as a strong computer skills.

* Experience in handmade paper making, and greeting card creation is a plus.

Electrical engineering degree required, coupled with at least 3 years of project experience within an industrialized manufacturing setting.

Mechanical engineering degree required, coupled with at least 3 years of project experience within an industrialized manufacturing setting.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include The Following

Meet and/or exceed sales quotas as determined by manager.

3-5 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a commodity or raw material industry.

Contacts and experience selling into large printing companies, publishers, and paper packaging, is a big plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of CRM systems.

Prospect and qualify new sales leads through various methods, including cold-calling, email and in-person meetings.

Successful track record in leading significant change management initiatives.

Capital Project and Technology as well as to Mill Manager and Business Line Manager

Initiate and organize annual supplier meetings and invite Paper Excellence key managers

Work with corporate leadership and all mill and production managers

Minimum 10 years of experience at mill or production level leadership in a pulp and paper production environment.

Professional experience should include both a technical and business foundation with demonstrated progression in responsible positions within operations.
