Job Description
Undertone sits at the intersection of creative, data, and distribution, delivering award-winning creative experiences for the world's leading brands. We eliminate fragmentation and ensure brand messaging is synchronized and perfectly aligned with campaign KPIs—always with beautiful creative and in brand-safe environments.
We are looking for Research & Insights Coordinator to uncover, develop, and articulate insights into compelling narratives that drive success for external and internal customers. This position will leverage tools including a broad range of 3rd party campaign branding and emotional measurement studies and a variety of secondary and syndicated research sources to inform clients on new developments and trends in various industries. The Insights team is a critical resource for agencies, brands and internal partners and impacts Undertone's success directly.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create "stories" and audience personas around campaign results to elevate reporting from data points to insights
  • Be a role model to other team members and be a representative of the Undertone culture both internally and externally
  • Leverage data from multiple resources (syndicated, secondary) to inform various stakeholders on key industries
  • Provide day-to-day research support for key internal customers (Account Executives and Client Partners)
  • Handle study feasibility requests and otherwise support the Insights Team in implementation and reporting of 3rd party campaign effectiveness studies initially and train over time to handle these studies solo
  • Provide comScore support for RFPs
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction
Profile and Experience:
  • 1 year research experience required, either for a company, publisher, vendor or at a college or university
  • 1 year digital or print media research experience preferred, preferably at a publisher or vendor
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Advertising, Psychology or Marketing
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset
  • Interest in learning about a broad range of 3rd party campaign measurement solutions including System1, Lucid, Foursquare and inMarket
