POSITION STATUS: Permanent Full-time


AVAILABLE: Immediately


DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:


YOU WILL:


  • Work with key stakeholders to help identify key questions or challenges related to prospect identification and prospect management. Identify the data oriented approach to answering key questions, analyze data and present insights back to the business;
  • Analyze and ensure data is housed in locations within the CRM that enables effective data retrieval, analysis and downstream reporting. Consult BIIT and request new data storage elements as appropriate;
  • Work with Associate Director of Prospect Research/Director of B.I & Data Science to develop data governance guidelines to ensure data quality and consistency pertaining to Prospect Identification/ Management;
  • Conduct data integrity projects to assess/enhance information in the donor CRM pertaining to Prospect Identification/Management;
  • Coordinate information related to donor intelligence, prospect identification and prospect management for data entry;
  • Work with BIIT reporting teams to request new reports for Research Services to enhance donor intelligence gathering, prospect identification, and prospect management;
  • Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents;
  • Maintain constituent data in the donor CRM, both manually and via batch uploads; and verify the accuracy of data entered by querying KYDS or the Data Warehouse as required;
  • Identify potential prospects through media monitoring and other resources;

  • Design, develop and maintain a Research Services site on SKF intranet with relevant content for internal stakeholders;
  • Lead testing of new technology on behalf of Research Services, such as the testing of AI and assist in training as appropriate;
  • Work with BIIT reporting teams to request new reports for Research Services to enhance donor intelligence gathering, prospect identification, and prospect management;
  • Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents;
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain constituent data in the donor CRM, both manually and via batch uploads; and verify the accuracy of data entered by querying KYDS or the Data Warehouse as required;
  • Analyze and ensure data is housed in locations within the CRM that enables effective data retrieval, analysis and downstream reporting. Consult BIIT and request new data storage elements as appropriate;

  • Assist Senior Research Specialists to collect, interpret and synthesize information into a research report to support planning and decision making by fundraisers;
  • Coordinate information related to donor intelligence, prospect identification and prospect management for data entry;
  • Identify potential prospects through media monitoring and other resources;
  • Conduct data integrity projects to assess/enhance information in the donor CRM pertaining to Prospect Identification/Management;
  • Work with Associate Director of Prospect Research/Director of B.I & Data Science to develop data governance guidelines to ensure data quality and consistency pertaining to Prospect Identification/ Management;


Required Skills


Qualifications:

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of internal stakeholders, including senior management team;
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Adaptable to multiple tasks and priorities;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Post secondary education will be considered an asset;
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills;
  • Ability to provide exceptional administrative support such as running reports; preparing and setting up meetings, taking minutes and performing data entry duties;
  • Experience using Blackbaud CRM or relationship databases is an asset;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment;

TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE:


HIRING SALARY RANGE: ($48,623 – $57,202); with the ability to progress to a maximum of ($68,641) To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills and qualifications relevant to the Coordinator, Research Services position.
