Otis Canada, Inc. is searching for a highly motivated Regional General Manager to lead the Eastern Canada sub-region, increase organic sales growth, improve field execution to meet or exceed performance objectives, and strengthen our safety culture.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for implementation, training, and compliance on Otis Safety Program, guidelines, and procedures
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership to implement regional programs and foster employee development
• Develop, mentor, and facilitate training & development of sub-region associates
• Oversee P&L operations, sales, field operations, customer satisfaction and general business management of sub-region
• Grow the profitability of the operation and work with leadership to foster a team environment
• Monitor, manage, and measure all branch processes while meeting or exceeding business objectives

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Basic Qualifications

• Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
• Ability to develop, implement, and successfully execute programs and initiatives
• Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
• Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
• Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
• Strong leadership skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent in French to communicate effectively with employees & customers
• 6+ years relevant experience in the elevator industry preferred
