Job Description

We are looking to hire a part time manager for our property in Brampton ON. The person may be required to be onsite once. a week and if the need arises


Key responsibilities

1) Ensuring the property is well maintained and anything requiring maintenance or repairs

2) Performing inspection of property as tenants move out of property

3) Reporting anything which could or likely to cause harm/damage to property

4) Ensuring there are proper supplies available at the property.

5) Follow the instructions issued by the management

6) Responding in case of any emergencies


Please note this is a part time position.
