Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (10 years) in construction operations management, with a demonstrated history of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
